In my opinion, this crop circle is created for 8 July 2023.
According
to the Mayan Dreamspell calendar Tzolkin, 8 July 2023 is a day
with the Solar Seal Yellow Warrior with Tone 13,
in the Yellow Seed wavespell,
in the Blue
Castle.

On the formation we see numerous circles that depict seeds and symbolize
the energy YELLOW SEED – the main energy of the actual wavespell.
The Yellow Seed wavespell is the time for sowing Seeds.
Our Seeds are our ideas, thoughts, dreams, intentions – from them our new reality will grow.
8 July 2023 is the last day of the Yellow Seed wavespell. The name of the crop circle location is Lane End Down – perhaps this location was chosen intentionally: the word End very well combines with the fact that on this day is the end of the Yellow Seed wavespell and the end of the Blue Castle.
The Seeds are arranged in the form of radial rays:
we see 6
rays of 3 seeds and 6 rays of 4 seeds.
The number 4 once again symbolizes the energy Yellow Seed - Solar Seal No. 4.
The number
3 symbolizes the energy Blue Night – Solar Seal No. 3.
The Blue
Night is the Support force of the Yellow Warrior.
The center of the formation
The bright circle in the very center of the formation represents the sun and symbolizes the energy YELLOW SUN.
The sun transmits the energy from the Source to the Earth, so
the Yellow Sun is also
a symbol of the Source.
The Guiding force of the Yellow Warrior with Tone 13 is the Yellow Cosmic
Sun with Tone 13, Kin 260 – this is the last Kin (day) in the Tzolkin module!
There are
12 smallest circles around the sun.
The number
12 symbolizes the energy Yellow Human – Solar Seal No. 12.
There are
three rings of 12 circles, making a total of 36 circles.
Kin 36 in the Tzolkin calendar has the Solar Seal Yellow Warrior,
so number 36 symbolizes the energy Yellow Warrior – the Solar Seal of the day.
On the periphery of the formation are located 6 largest circles.
The number
6 symbolizes the energy White Worldbridger (Solar Seal No. 6) – the Challenge power of the Yellow Warrior.
The next day, 9 July 2023, the Red Earth wavespell begins.
At position 10 in this wavespell is the White Planetary Worldbridger with Tone 10 – The Planetary Tone of Manifestation.
This means that on the planetary level the Red Earth manifests itself as Worldbridger,
which is the Solar Seal No. 6.
Thus we can say that the formation with the 6 large circles on the periphery
represents the Earth and symbolizes the energy RED EARTH.
The Red Earth is the Planetary Worldbridger, it performs the connections of our planet with the Sun, with the Source, with the spiritual worlds.
So the whole formation represents the Earth with our Seeds sown on it.

The Cosmic Tone 13: Magical Flight to the Source, Transcendence
8 July 2023 is a day with the Solar Seal Yellow Warrior with Tone 13, in the 13th lunar month.
On this day, the Tone of the day coincides with the Tone of the lunar month.
Such a day is called the day of the Magic turtle. On this day, the power of Tone 13 is doubled!
Tone 13 is an imaginary bridge that connects the Earth and the Source.
We see this depicted on the crop circle: all the seeds are arranged in columns (bridges) that literally connect the Earth with the Source.
Tone 13 helps us to return to the Source, helps us for a "Magical Flight" to the Source.
It can be said that this illusion is created on the crop circle: that the seeds are moving in the space, in a Magical flight to the Source.
One of the qualities of Tone 13 is "Transcendence".
Let us take the more popular meaning of the concept of "Transcendence" as going beyond the limits of material existence and approaching the Divine.
On the crop circle this is depicted as follows: the seeds are of different sizes, which seems to reflect a transition from one to the second, to the third, to the fourth state etc., and each next state brings us closer to the Source.

YELLOW SEED
Our Seeds are our thoughts, ideas, dreams, words, intentions, actions etc. The Seed is also a program, or a hologram of what we want to create as an end result.
We humans create Seeds, from these Seeds the new Yellow Human grows (and our new reality), and the new Yellow Human creates new Seeds, from which a new Yellow Human grows, and so on.
In the Yellow Seed wavespell and each time on a Yellow
Seed day we should consciously sow better and better Seeds in order to achieve
a higher state of consciousness, so the whole world would become better and better.
The rows of seeds resemble sun rays as well. This features the idea: we should sow such seeds that we get closer to our ultimate goal - to develop Solar consciousness, to become Suns!
